Debit card, credit card or cash are accepted at the time of service
Schools are able to pay by invoice, as arranged
Private health care providers may subsidise some services. Please check with your provider to check if this applies to your family.
Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) subsidies may apply if the individual has a GP Management Plan and the GP has provided a CDM referral form
Cancellation Policy
If an appointment cannot be made, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.
Unfortunately, a fee (50% of the service cost) will need to be charged for missed appointments, without reasonable notification.
